NFL Ticket is planning to launch a live stream of the NFL’s season opener in 2018, NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport reported.
The company, which owns the NFL, is planning a livestreamed game in 2018 to celebrate the start of the 2020 season.
The live stream will feature highlights from all 12 regular season games and will be available on NFL.com and on the NFL Mobile app.
Rapoports report that the NFL will be launching a special event, “NFL Super Bowl 50,” for the 2018 season that will include a halftime show, “Live NFL on TV,” and a number of special guests.
“We are working hard to make NFL Ticket Live the best possible experience for fans,” NFL VP of business operations Jason Grossman said in a statement.
“We are excited to bring this new digital experience to the fans of all 32 NFL teams.”
